A India Throwdown affiliated event. This is a squat only event for both pro and Beginners. Athlete will be tested for different squats with weights and beginners will be tested only for bodyweight squats

Qualifying Workouts

Workout 1

To qualify in the main Hell-Squat event it is compulsory to perform the workout. A Pro athlete must perform 3 Max rep of Front-Squat, Back-Squat, and Overhead Squat. And for beginners max Air Squats in 8 minutes. Register Below to participate
